Instructions
Mix honey/sugar with yogurt and whisk to make it smooth.
Chop mangoes into small pieces. If the mangoes are not very sweet, add a spoonful of your favourite sweetener and mix well.
Deseed less than a quarter of a jalapeno and chop it into tiny pieces. Mix Jalapenos with the chopped mangoes. Note: We only want the flavour here of Jalapenos, not the spice.
Chop roasted nuts into small pieces.
Assemble the parfait. Take a tall glass and add in the mango jalapeno mixture. Next add a layer of sweetened yogurt followed by nuts. Repeat the layers and enjoy!

Notes
This recipe yields an individual serving.
Use ripe, sweet mangoes preferably the ones that aren't very fibrous. Mangoes taste the best when they are in season.
I like to use yogurt that is not very tart.
To make a breakfast parfait, consider adding granola in the layers!
