2-3tbspPeanut butter or any nut butter or hazelnut spread
1-2tbspHoney or maple syrup 1-2 tablespoons or as needed depending on your nut butter.
1tbspMini chocolate chips optional
1/8tspsaltif peanut butter has no salt
Instructions
Place almond flour in a bowl.
Add the nut butter and mix. Go in with your hands, get those hands dirty.
If using, add in the mini chocolate chips.
Taste the mix, the sweetness is going to vary depending on the nut butter you used.
Add maple syrup or honey 1 tablespoon at a time, if it starts to come together and you are able to form balls, stop adding in the honey or maple syrup.Note: Peanut butter and honey are a match made in heaven!
Form balls and refrigerate.
